     Terms and Conditions
1. Rental is subject to negotiation for longer-term stay.

2. GST (Goods & Services Tax) is payable by Customer.

3. Rental/GST subject to change.

4. For daily stay, deposits of S$500/- apply.

5. For weekly stay, deposits of S$500/- apply.

6. For 1 month stay, deposits of S$1000/- apply.

7. For 2 months and above, deposit of 1 month rent including utilities apply.

8. Utilities Charges : Flat Rate quoted is already discounted.

9. Rentals are always payable in advance in cash.

10. Use of condo facilities (Swimming Pool, Gym, Playground, if available) are at no extra charge.

11. Maximum occupants:

a. maximum 2 persons at each studio / 1-bedroom apartment
b. maximum 4 persons at each 2-bedroom apartment
c. maximum 6 persons at each 3-bedroom apartment

* a child is counted as 1 person.

Additional person / additional persons at each apartment shall be chargeable at
SGD$ 50 per person per night (a child is counted as 1 person).

12. Services for Business Class Apartments include:
- better furnishing
- daily Cleaning
- limousine service to meet customer on arrival and departure
- Wi-Fi internet usage (at no charge)
- SCV Cable TV (at no charge)

13. Car-Parks are available at additional charge (subject to availability at each property).
Parking lot is subject to the following terms:
- additional charges and availability at each property.
- each property is only allocated one parking lot (if available).

14. Valuestay reserves the right to offer the customer alternative property (due to unforeseen circumstances)
at the same level or up-graded leved at no extra-charge nor compensation for the
unexpected change of contract property.

15. Valuestay is obliged only to pay the customer the full payment received in case of dispute or failure
to offer the right property.

16. Valuestay reserves the right to terminate the contract/stay should occuppants fail to
observe the house-rules for cleanliness, uncooperative behaviors, or be involved in questionable activities
that may be illegal. Any illegal activities will be handled by the proper authority.

17. Pet / pets is/are not allowed in the apartments.

18. Illegal immigrant / immigrants is/are not allowed in the apartments.

19. Payment Policy, Deposit and Rent :
Customer pay deposit to confirm booking.
Deposit Refundable only on Check Out Date provided no damage to apartment or equipments.
Deposit shall be forfeited for cancellation of booking.
Change of dates - notice to be given 14 days before to avoid cancellation / forfeiture
of deposit.
Administration charge $200.00 payable by Customer for each change of date of arrival.
Customer pay rent and utilities charges on check-in date.
Payment may be in cash or local company cheque. Prepayment via PayPal is also
welcomed.
Any variation / change or premature termination of the period of stay shall constitute a
breach of agreement and the deposit payment plus rental shall be forfeited accordingly.

Full rental shall be pay via the following:

(a) Visa credit card via PayPal at least one week before check-in date which PayPal's
admin. fee shall be borne by the customer (kindly send us an email to request for an
electronic booking form and we'll follow up accordingly.

(b) Bank transfer at least one week before check-in date
(all bank charges shall be borne by the customer).

(c) or full rental in Cash on the day of check-in at the apartment.

20. Airport Limousine Services
For check-in, we provide limousine service to fetch you from the airport to the apartment.
Charges are as follow:
From 12 midnight to 6am, SGD$50.00 per vehicle per trip from airport to apartment.
From 7am to 11pm, SGD$50.00 per vehicle per trip from airport to apartment.
The Customer need to provide information:
(i) Name of Passenger, (ii) Flight Number, (iii) Estimated Time of Arrival.
Our limousine driver will wait for you at the arrival hall, holding a placard showing
customer's name, flight number and valuestay logo as follows.
A maximum of only 4 passengers (including children) are allowed per limousine.
